Marzen

An Oktoberfest-style amber lager.

An elegant, malty German Amber lager with a clean, rich, toasty and bready malt flavour, restrained bitterness and a dry finish that encourages another drink. The overall malt impression is soft, elegant and complex, with a rich aftertaste. Rich at first sip, but finishes clean and sharp.

ALC: 5.5%

IBU: 22 (low bitterness/hoppiness)

A rich, malt-driven dark beer.

Similar to an Imperial Stout, the Baltic Porter offers richness and warmth, but favours smoothness and complexity – think cocoa, dried fruits and molasses – over any roasted or burnt malt character.

Maibock


A robust pale lager.

A close relative of Helles, Maibock is a golden lager brewed to a higher strength. Full, flavourful, with subtle, spicy hop aroma and rich, satisfying body.

ALC: 6.5%

IBU: 22 (low bitterness/hoppiness)

Malt: Moderate

Witbier

A belgian-style wheat beer.

Light, summery and refreshing, with a dry, slightly tart finish. Brewed with Canadian wheat, lemon and orange rind, and a surprisingly citrus-like coriander seed. Cloudy & citrusy.

ALC: 4.5%

IBU: 8 (low bitterness/hoppiness)

Malt: Low–moderate
